2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically through the SELLER's website. By confirming an order, the BUYER accepts the obligation to pay the order price and any additional charges.

3. Product and Price Information

The essential characteristics (type, nature, brand/model), quantity and VAT-inclusive sale price of the products are shown on the relevant product page and confirmed to the BUYER when the order is placed, and again by e-mail afterwards. Prices published on the site remain valid until updated.

4. Delivery and Payment

For detailed delivery and shipping terms, please see our Delivery and Return Terms page. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or, for approved corporate accounts, on open account terms.

5. General Provisions

  • The BUYER confirms having read and electronically approved the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery information before placing the order.
  • The ordered product is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organisation indicated by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days at the latest.
  • The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in conformity with the order, together with any warranty documents and user manuals.
  • If delivery of the product becomes impossible, the SELLER notifies the BUYER within 3 days of becoming aware of this and refunds any amount paid within 14 days.
  • In cases of force majeure, the SELLER informs the BUYER, who may request cancellation, replacement with an equivalent product, or postponement of delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person/organisation they designated, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the SELLER. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER. Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing (by e-mail, fax or registered mail) using the contact details on our Contact page.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging and any standard accessories. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from receiving the withdrawal notice, and to collect the product within 20 days. For the detailed return process, please see our Delivery and Return Terms page.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured or customised/calibrated according to the BUYER's personal requirements, products whose packaging has been opened and which are no longer suitable for resale, and goods whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial markets. For corporate orders placed under an open-account/deferred-payment agreement through a company account, return conditions are subject to the separate commercial agreement between the parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

Consumers may submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

This page is provided for general information purposes. An order-specific, signed/confirmed copy of the agreement is sent to you separately by e-mail after your order is confirmed.
